How will my sheets ship?

We ship by UPS Ground.

What is your Return Policy?

We stand behind the quality of our work if there is a defect in your print please email a picture to info@dakprintco.com for replacement/refund.

What setting do I need to press the prints?

280 degrees Fahrenheit   

10-12 seconds 

medium to heavy pressure

Re press for 6 seconds after peeling carrier

What format do I submit my file?

.png with transparent background at 300dpi or higher. We can also accept vector pdf files.

What is your turnaround time?

We print and ship by next business day.  Current turnaround time will be updated at the top of the home page. If you need a Rush order please contact us at info@dakprintco.com

Can I pick my order up?

If you are in the Murfreesboro, TN area and want to pick an order up please contact us info@dakprintco.com about options for pickup.

I have a sales tax resale certificate  how do I get the sales tax removed for orders?

Please email your sales tax resale certificate to info@dakprintco.com and we will get this setup in our system.

Do you have a color chart?

Yes if you contact us by email we can send you a color chart in hex code and cmyk so you can see what colors will print like compared to what you see on your screen.
